THE WARRANTY OFFERED BY DEVILLE IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR PART; THE WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE OF THE BICYCLES, PROFESSIONAL USE VOID THE WARRANTY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TRADITIONAL OR STATUTORY. DEVILLE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONNECTED OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES HAS BEEN ADVISED TO IT. DEVILLE’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $50.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover shipping.

If the electronic system is modified in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.
